Partner A will run 200m with 10#

Partner B works on AMRAP:

20 air squats

20 mountain climbers ( L/R = 1)

20 sit ups feet on the wall

20 back extensions

Switch, after each person has run with 10#, you will increase the weight by 5# every time BOTH of you run.
