  • 14 Dumbbell Split Squats (7/side; 50% Working 1RM Bench Press)
  • 7 Dumbbell Bench Press (50% Working 1RM Bench Press)

Then

3 Rounds:

  • 30 second Plank
  • 30 second Left-side Plank
  • 30 second Reverse Plank
  • 30 second Right-side Plank
