We will split into 2 teams. Every time you get through course, you score a point for your team!!

 

buy in:  5 ground to overhead with your weight. 

ladies will take a 20# weight (ball, DB, slam ball, whatever) men 30# through the course.

box jump run to deck, over benches on deck to the three cones, each cone has a different exercise attached to it. Run back to deck, over benches, to gym. You will do push up walk through squares to tires. 5 tire flips = 1 round! Score as many as you can in 22 minutes.  You will do buy in before you start a new round. We will have fun!! 😊😊
