5 Rounds:

  • 30 Air Squats
  • 10 Back Extensions
  • 20 Lunge Steps (L=1, R=2)
  • 20 Sit-Ups
  • 10 Step-Ups (L=1, R=2)
  • 30 Flutter Kicks (L=1, R=2)

Alternate rounds with vest and without vest starting with the vest on.
