Strength:

Getting ready for the next Strength cycle. Spend 20 minutes working up to a 1 Rep Max with a single lift selected from the following:

Lower Lift:
Back Squat
Box Squat
Deadlift
Front Squat
Lunge (Weight front or back)

 

Met-Con:

10!

  • Sumo Deadlift High-Pull (Kettlebell; 35lbs./52lbs.)
  • Wallball (10-12lbs./16lbs.)
