  • Max. Rep.  Front Squat @ 75%BW
  • Rest 2 minutes between each round.

Then:

4 Tabata Rounds Each:

  • Barbell Roll-Outs
  • Back Extensions
  • Dumbbell Slashers (2 rounds each side)
  • Slam Balls
