Reminder: NO 6pm class today!!!

Getting ready for the next strength cycle the athlete will have several options to modify their programming:

  • Back Squat can now be replaced with front squat. This will be referred to as Squat Option on the programming sheet.
  • Bench Press can now be replaced with Push Press. This will be referred to as Heavy Press Option on the programming sheet.
  • Power Clean can now be replaced with any Clean or Snatch variation (Hang, Power, Squat) or Thruster. This will be referred to as Complex Option on the programming sheet.

Strength:

  • 20 minutes to find 1RM for Squat and Heavy Press options.

Met-Con:

AMRAP 12 minutes

  • 5 Box Jumps (24″/30″)
  • 3 Handstand Push-Ups
  • 1 Rope Climb
