  • 10 Hang Power Clean (65lsb./95lbs.)
  • 20 GHD Sit-Ups

Rest

5 Rounds:

  • 20 Reverse Lunge Steps (L=1, R=2)
  • 10 V-Ups
  • 20 Split Squats (10 per leg) 
  • 10 Russian Twists w/Medicine Ball. (Ball should touch the floor at least 12″ away.)
