For Time:

  • 100 Kettlebell Swings (35lbs./53lbs.)
  • Every time the athlete pauses, she must complete the remaining number of reps in Double-Unders and Sit-Ups.

For example, the athlete performs 25 of the 100 kettlebell swings and drops the kettlebell. Before the athlete can resume on the remaining 75 reps, she must perform 75 Double-Unders and 75 Sit-Ups.
