400m Run / Kettlebell Swing
(Single Arm; Alternate)
40 Burpees / Slam Ball Wall Throws (20lbs./35lbs.)
40 Prisoner Get-Ups/ Plank w/Lateral Sandbag/Ruck Sack Drag
40 dB bench press moderate weight/ Tire Flips

One athlete performs the first exercise of the couplet while the second does as many reps as possible of the second. When the first athlete completes the prescribed reps the athletes will switch exercises. Once both athletes have performed each exercise of the couplet they move on to the next in the list.
