  • 7 Dumbbell Bench-Press (30lbs./45lbs.)

Rest 3 minutes

5 Rounds:

  • 3 Back Squat (135lbs./185lbs.)
  • 7 Dumbbell Push-Press (20lbs./30lbs.)

Rest 3 minutes

5 Rounds:

  • 3 Hang Power Snatch (65lbs./95lbs.)
  • 7 Renegade Rows (20lbs./30lbs.)
