Next week we will be starting a push-up challenge with a goal of achieving 50 straight push-ups. Feel free to ask any of the trainers for ways to improve the efficiency of your push-ups.

Strength:

  • Back Squat: 5 x 40%, 50%, 60%; 3 x 70%, 80%, 3+ x 90%
  • Shoulder Press: 5 x 40%, 50%, 60%; 3 x 70%, 80%, 3+ x 90%

Met-Con:

4 Rounds (12 minutes):

  • 1 minute Single-Arm Dumbbell Snatches (35lbs./50lbs.)
  • 1 minute Sit-Ups
  • 1 minute Lunges
