60 x GHD Sit-ups/Anchored
45 x KB Swings (55/35)
30 x Push Press 65/45
15 x Burpees
5 x HSPU
Skills:
Double Under work
Complete 200 Double unders in as few tabata intervals as possible!!

This was kinda fun. You know, I had a secret plan that I was going to take it slow and steady and just do all 75 wallballs w/o stopping!!! hahahahahahaha….errr, no.
