oh sure give the afternoon classes the rope with the knots on it. no fair. not that i would have been able to get up that one either. good job colleen.

i have to tell you I was scared on it. hence why David is holding the bottom. i would not climb it unless he was there. but I managed to get through the workout and my arms are feeling it today.
