Warm UP:

25 Jumping Jack squat thrusts

15 push ups

10 Over unders

5 Partner jump overs then switch  

WOD:

Five rounds for reps of:
1 min Wall ball shots, 20/14 pound
1 min push up plank rows 40/25# (1 rep = R + L arm)
Run 400m or row 500 or 50 double unders
Rest

Start each round exactly six minutes apart. Your rest period is whatever remains after the run/row/jumps.

You do not have to do the same cardio with each round!! ( ex, round one do a run then the second round do a row, etc. . . )

So is that right after the wall ball that your min. on the plank rows start. Which would mean that the walk over there is counting in on your min. Or does the min. start when you get over there.

Ha ha, or you could strap your dumb bells to your hips during wall ball so you don’t miss any reps! :)

Listen, Dom, I’d be asking the same thing if I had the “man’s wall ball court” to walk in from! I’d prolly bring as much outside as I could. And your freakin’ weights and time yesterday were unbelievable!
