The Navy Seals have a saying in training: “The only easy day was yesterday.” Pilar has a saying: “You want easy, go join the Navy! Now quit your whining and get on that rowing machine you little bitch! We don’t have ANY easy days in crossfit!!!”…Well, it was something like that. I couldn’t hear well beyong the roaring in my ears that turned out to be me trying to suck in air. When I regained consciousness, I was too weak to swing fast, and she dodged me. That girl’s fast…

Lou, you are such a sweety! I need to introduce you to Dave.

Seriously, I pushed you hard yesterday, but, that’s why you’re here now isn’t it?:D

It was on the dryer which I check at least twice!! :)

Apparently Laurie didn’t look under the clothes that are stacked up on the dryer until this morning. Of course, she did have to spend a week taking clothes off of the dryer to wear.

As much as I would love to take credit for hiding “my hat” from Laurie it just didn’t go down that way. It is fun to be so sneaky that you get credit for your wife’s insanity.

Btw, I have a new stress fracture on the same bone but further down and have been sentanced to my boot again! :(

Maybe some extra calcium in your diet would prevent another break. ;-)

P-the .com WOD looks fun. hard but a good challenge I think! I was reading the comments and someone wrote in that a newbie thought WOD stood for “WithOut Dying”. Seems appropriate!

Doug, the only thing that will prevent another break and healing is we jump her and duct tape her to a chair.
