Weight Loss
I have had lots of folks talk with me lately about how to lose inches/weight. I am thinking of doing a contest that will include providing specific instructions on eating and working out requirements. If ya’ll are interested, blog here and let me know! I will also post this in the gym. We can determine a winner based on percentage of loss, and give out a prize at the end. . . what do you think????

Hi Laurie. The inches/weight contest sound great and I am interested. The only catch for me is that I am vegetarian. So, any tips you could give me would be helpful and I could cheer for the rest that participate.

We can get you the protein you need sans the meat!! Pilar is great at planning dietary needs and can help customize your diet for your needs!

It depends. Can I still have my bon-bons and beer?

Speaking of inches lost, Laura was measured back on 6/8 and in her first three months of CrossFit has lost three and a half inches overall!!! Amazing job!!!
This is why I love training clients like you guys.

I’m down with the weight loss program. Can I start from last Spring?
Or maybe Derek and I can go the opposite direction and try to gain weight. I think I can take Derek in that since he doesn’t eat well for that type of competition.

Farmboy-if the competition has a good prize for going the other direction, I could be persuaded to try! Eating for weight gain may be the only thing I can do better than Derek!

If we include Bon bons and beer, then moose tracks extreme ice cream should be included as a meal!!!!

Com’on, everyone knows that the moose tracks are the dessert after your healthy popcorn dinner. Not having butter on them is what makes it healthy, right?

I don’t really like popcorn for dinner. Can I have the moose tracks for dinner and dessert?

Me want Moose Tracks! There is a store that sells Moose Tracks popcorn, choclate covered w/ nuts. Maybe this is the answer?

I am also planning to have clients design the wod soon!! If you don’t know what this means, last year we had clients turn in wods they made up for everyone to do. Once a week we did a client workout, the catch is, if your wod is chosen, you MUST participate in it. (no fair making up a super hard workout and then skipping out on it!) Last year, Boz learned that the hard way!!
